“Hello all! I needed to take the time to write this review because I think it’ll help a lot of girls out there who have a thick, dry, hard to tame in humid weather type hair- like mine. It’s naturally curly but I always have a blow out. I like my blow outs to have body on top. And I’ve gotten a keratin before. My issue always was that I felt that every time I got a keratin, my hair felt too straight, at least in the beginning. I would hate the way my hair looked for the first two weeks because it looked like my hair was taped to my head- and for my face, I wasn’t a fan of that look. Plus, it always felt so thin afterward. I would grab all my hair in a pony tail and feel like “Where’d all my hair go”! It always took at least 2 weeks before my roots grew in a bit for some height. And this is why I’m so happy with this treatment I got at Julius Michaels hair salon,  I just had to write a review. This has been the best keratin I’ve ever had- I still have body , my hair still feels thick and it takes a fraction of the time to do- this one makes my hair feel light and bouncy and still have volume while feeling silky.  I can run my fingers through it and it even looks good air dried with a soft wave. What are your appointment policies for your hair salon?

CANCELLATIONS: We require 24-hour notice for penalty-free cancellation of appointments by calling the salon. Clients canceling appointments within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of their booked services. All "no shows" will be charged 100% of their booked services.

LATE ARRIVALS: Clients who arrive late to their hair salon appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.
